Ours is just one small part of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), a world-wide group dedicated to the re-creation of the middle ages as they *should* have been (i.e., without the plague, the Inquisition, witch burnings, etc.). We recreate medieval combat, sciences (like brewing, metalwork, leatherwork) and arts (such as calligraphy, dancing, music, and sewing). |
